Part of the Walker Street precinct in North Sydney, Una is a neighbourhood providore selling gourmet and artisanal produce, pantry items, gifts, wine, and boutique spirits. 

Here you'll find an edit of local and international cheeses,  tinned seafood, gourmet sausages, and cured meats. Think burrata, feta,  jambon, and imported prosciutto, all sliced to order in store.

Una is also part of the  Etymon Projects hospitality group, so you can expect to see chef-made creations from sister venues too, like chicken liver parfait, terrine, and rillettes from Loulou,  Genzo’s chilli crunch condiment, crackers made from Sol’s leftover bread, jam made in Soluna, and more. 

For your pantry, stock up on chef-favourite butters, milk, and creams by local and French producers, as well as local and international oils, vinegar, spices, and more. For gifting or to jazz up your own kitchen, Una also stocks carafes, serving ware, and chopping boards from brands like Saarde and Maison Balzac.

Last but not least, make sure you peruse Una's boutique wine and spirits—think French Armagnac, cognac, and calvados digestifs, alongside small production winemakers from Australia, France, Italy, Spain, and New Zealand.
