A renowned bakery specialising in high-quality, freshly made breakfast staples, has recently opened its flagship shop at , a vibrant shopping hub of local founders and entrepreneurs.

Founded by Chef Christopher Kong, Dearborn gained popularity in 2018 as a private supper club and later evolved into a small-batch bakery focusing on granola in 2020. Since then, it has expanded its offerings to include sourdough and unique breakfast creations such as its signature peanut butter and jelly English muffins and deceptively simple specials like potato and egg.

The new flagship features a micro bakery baking its popular sourdough loaves daily, a breakfast provision shop offering breakfast essentials made by Dearborn, alongside a 24-seater dining room showcasing an all-day breakfast menu curated by Chef Christopher Kong himself.

A new chapter is unfolding at the award-winning Ma Cuisine with the launch of —Singapore’s first Michelin-starred restaurant breakfast. Prepared with the same precision and care found in Ma Cuisine, the experience extends into lunch, inviting you to enjoy high-quality French cuisine from 8am until 2.30pm on weekdays.

The Croque Monsieur Truffe is an indulgent take on a signature dish inspired by Mathieu’s mother while the Croque Madame Truffe elevates it further with a perfectly topped sunny-side-up egg. For those seeking something simple yet indulgent, the handmade Linguine au Parmesan is seasoned simply with black pepper and can be personalised with additions like Parisian ham or smoked salmon. The Jambon Persillé, a Burgundian favourite from Ma Cuisine’s original menu, makes its return at Bonjour Ma Cuisine, featuring parsley-infused ham encased in a delicate aspic. For a sweet treat, the Pain Perdu Kaya ou Crème Anglaise offers a playful take on French Toast with a local twist, served with kaya and crème anglaise.

The menu was inspired by the owners’ travels around the world, so you can expect dishes like Tahitian coconut pancakes with coconut yoghurt, fresh mango, passion fruit and maple syrup, and Tunisian spicy shakshuka (onion, tomato, red pepper and chilli) with chorizo and eggs.

is a well-loved cafe and deli which serves up good food and delicious coffee inspired by their own product range, together with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Their breakfast menu is served until 11.30am weekdays and 3pm on weekends and public holidays. Highlights include the ricotta pancakes with caramelised banana and candied walnuts, the Spanish baked eggs, and the English breakfast which comes with grilled bacon and bratwurst sausage. They also have a great selection of artisanal breads and pastries which are made fresh each morning by their team of skilled bakers.

Lola’s

is a delightful neighbourhood cafe in Singapore. The kind of place that always smells like freshly ground coffee and delicious baked treats. Known for its unpretentious comfort food and chic yet comfortable interiors, the brand has two outlets across Singapore—Kovan and Holland Village.

The menu features brunch favourites like waffles, grilled cheese, and pulled pork and avocado eggs benedict, but our go-to is the Lola’s breakfast which comes with sourdough, bacon, pork and fennel sausages, scrambled eggs, avocado and roasted baby potatoes.

Founded by Melbourne born Terri-Anne,  is an Australian inspired cafe that focuses on healthy food that not only looks good, but tastes good too.

Loaded with superfoods and wholesome fare, the breakfast menu includes everything from smashed avocado on toast to breakfast burritos, overnight oats and acai bowls. Those familiar with Vegemite will be pleased to see the famous Aussie breakfast spread even made it onto the menu.

Located at the Marine Cove enclave at East Coast Park, is one of our favourite breakfast spots in Singapore—especially given its beachside locale. 

The menu consists of wholesome western fare with an Asian influence—think chicken and waffles with spiced chicken thighs, steak and eggs, avocado on toast, as well as lighter options like bagels and croissants. Special attention has been paid to the children’s menu with oatmeal, scrambled eggs and pancakes on offer. The kid-friendly space also has ample room for strollers and is equipped with baby seats, a play area with open-ended toys and a curated library of books housed on low shelves.

Situated along a golden stretch of Sentosa’s Siloso Beach, the rustic charm and casual, laid-back vibe at  it’s hard to beat. The restaurant has also recently unveiled a refreshed à la carte menu which features an expanded selection of hearty mains, nutritious breakfast options, tempting beach bites, juicy burgers, and so much more.

Fuel up with the power breakfast bowl, a nutritious blend of fresh strawberries, marinated dragon fruit, toasted rolled oats, and pumpkin seeds served with creamy Greek yoghurt. For heartier appetites, indulge in the spam and egg sandwich, a generous portion of lightly-crisped savoury spam with juicy burnt butter pineapple, sunny-side up egg, and fresh arugula served on toasted brioche bun with caramelised onion mayo.

As is the case at every Little Farms outlet, you can be sure every item you purchase or order is not only nutritious and clean but also of the highest quality. Sourcing through the brand’s network of ethical suppliers, each product undergoes rigorous checks against its banned ingredient list, which excludes over 200 harmful chemicals, artificial additives, and preservatives.

When you think of breakfast, Mexican cuisine probably isn't the first thing to spring to mind—but hear us out. Serving up fresh, sustainable familia style Mexican fare, , particularly their Robertson Quay outlet, is a must-try for those looking to enjoy a leisurely weekend brunch.

The menu is inspired by the vibrant markets of Mexico and a food culture that honours home cooking, local produce and heartfelt hospitality. We recommend the super cheesy corn fritters, super brekkie burrito and the blue corn waffles with fried chicken. But don't worry, they also have avocado on toast if that's more your thing.

Adding a little Parisian flair to the Lion City, has become a firm favourite with many thanks to its Instagram-worthy decor and tasty brunch offering. With five outlets across the island (our favourites are Robertson Quay, Tiong Bahru and Club Street), you won't have to travel far to get your fix.

There are two different breakfast menus available depneding on when you visit, but highlights include the homemade granola with fresh fruit and nuts, the French toast with berries and whipped cream, and the eggs benedict which comes with ham, mushroom and hollandaise sauce.

If you have ahankering for genuine, good ol’ Aussie style grub packed with flavour and made with all things fresh, is the place for you.

For breakfast we reccomend the tomatoes on toast, the pastrami Reuben bagel with sauerkraut, pickled cucumber, aioli and Dijon mustard, and the hearty steak and eggs. Sarnies is also known for its seriously good coffee, which is roasted in house and available to purchase in store or online.

Although has various locations across the country, for a truly relaxing brunch experience you can’t beat PS.Cafe at East Coast Park.

The bright and airy space takes its design inspiration from the seaside and offers a menu full of PS. classics alongside a few outlet specific dishes. For brunch we recommend the blueberry pancakes and breakfast grand slam bunwich which comes with a fried egg, crispy bacon, pork sausage, caramelised onion and raisin relish.

Showcasing a simple menu with an all-day breakfast, is known for its minimalist vibes and unique open courtyard which is a hit with the cool kids.

Although Punch does a really good poached eggs with avocado, we suggest trying something a little different. The banana porridge and earl grey pancakes with poached pear and white chocolate macadamia would be our top picks. Of course, if you simply can’t say no to eggs, Dean's Breakfast with poached eggs, melted cheese and Vegemite on seeded toast, and sliced avocado is the way to go.

One of the very first French cafes in Singapore, Tiong Bahru Bakery’s croissants have been voted by many as the best in the country. Their almond croissants and pain au chocolats are also a delicious choice.
