Not only is it a delightful espresso bar, but Profile Coffee Co-Lab prides itself on collaboration over competition, and includes a co-roasting space, coffee training centre, a dedicated cupping room and coffee appreciation courses. The idea for Profile was first born after passionate owners Ben and Patty travelled around South America, fell in love with the coffee culture, and wanted to bring the experience back to Australia.
