Instead of your typical wedding cake, Eclair at the Bay provides delicate, beautiful croquembouches—think fresh, fluffy choux filled with rich chocolate, layering of only the finest caramel, edible flowers (that both look and taste beautiful), glistening sugar pearls and glitter.
