The long wait is over, folks. A vacant warehouse in the middle of a Burleigh Heads industrial estate has been converted into a bustling marketplace, packed with stalls dishing up more barbecue-inspired eats than you could possibly poke a fork at. Sounds like some kind of dream, huh? Wrong!
Burleigh's new permanent night market has officially pulled back the warehouse doors and welcoming all carnivores inside. At BBQ Bazaar, expect 18-plus food vendors serving finger-licking noms including Meat Buns, Rosticceria and Smoke Barrel; a bar with a ‘wall of bourbon’, plus ample seating, a kid’s zone, local live musos and more. BBQ Bazaar is back every Friday and Saturday evening so you can cue the meat sweats whenever you fancy.
