Originating from a stall at the to their very own bricks-and-mortar store in Chirn Park, creative duo Zachary and Laura Guertin are the brains behind . Well-versed in both their cheesecake and champagne skills, Laura hails from a previous life as a head pastry chef and Zachary has clocked up over ten years of experience behind the bar—with plenty of bartending awards to prove it. So you know you’re in safe hands when you indulge in Laura’s melt-in-your-mouth cheesecakes coupled with Zachary’s Champagne pairings.

The signature burnt Basque cheesecake is made using a traditional recipe from the Basque region and their delectable pairings offer the best from both sides of the border—Spanish cheesecake and a beautiful French Champagne selection. You’ll also find a concise selection of Australian and Spanish drops, carefully curated by Zachary.

The passionate duo believes that there's not much in this world you can’t solve with cheesecake and what you can't solve with cake you can almost certainly solve with Champagne.  

The intimate venue is every bit as tasteful and elegant as you'd expect—the light, white boutique boasts pops of gold and greenery and invites you in to stay, and stay for a while. The venue is also available for function hire, perfect for intimate celebrations.
