Indulge your sweet tooth and visit Molendinar’s adorable , where you can chow down on an astonishingly wide selection of unique baked goods we’ve never seen before, from matcha-infused croissants to viennoiserie and much, much more.
Originating from a humble Palm Beach market stall to a bricks and mortar bakery, Bake House Gozen is a family-owned and run local business which has garnered a loyal following, for obvious reasons. Owner Maki Jinno boasts an impressive 25 years experience in the pastry world and prides herself on creating fresh and inventive products daily.
Maki utilises Japanese cooking techniques and flavours to develop unique baked goods, reminiscent of Japanese pastries, but with a Gold Coast twist. The traditional croissants are always a crowd favourite but don't pass up Bake House Gozen’s weekly specials such as milky Croissants, Australian Black forest croissant or strawberry cheesecake croissant.
Don't worry, if you're looking for something more savoury they also have got you covered. Bake House Gozen offers a chilli cheese kransky croissant with Japanese BBQ sauce and even a Tsukune Croissant Sandwich filled with mince, shallot with Tsukune glaze and grilled asparagus with an egg yolk purée on a fresh croissant.
With outdoor seating, feel the warm sun on your face as you delve into a fresh croissant—it’s basically a holiday in your mouth as the taste of France leaves you full and yet still wanting more.
No matter if you're a dessert fiend or a savory lover, has something for you to enjoy every time you sink your teeth into one of their succulent baked goodies.
