Named for Byron Bay's iconic blue waters, boasts both a open-air bar and grill terrace and a fine dining restaurant space. Nestled within 's luxury beachfront resort, the sleek restaurant is headed up by world-renowned chef Ebony Baker and has a strong ethos of celebrating Byron Bay and surrounds' finest produce.
Dine alfresco on the terrace, with picturesque views of Elements' signature pool and firepit, or enjoy a refined meal with top-tier wines in the main restaurant. Either way, you're in for a truly exceptional dining experience.
Azure's creative menu is always evolving in line with the seasons and is a true celebration of hyper-local produce. We also love that Azure Bar and Grill caters incredibly well to a plethora of dietary requirements—the vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are some of the best we've tasted.
We recommend starting with the roasted garlic focaccia with smoked bush tomato butter, before moving onto the market fish of the day with bok choy, black mussels, coconut green curry and black rice, and ending strong with the show-stopping 'Sugarcane Burn' dessert. We're talking pure cane “Husk” marshmallow, crystalised macadamia nuts, coconut mousse, milk chocolate, roasted peanuts and a cherry gel. Bliss.
