The verdict
You'll often see a small line forming outside of Three Williams on Elizabeth Street in Refern, such is the standard (and affordable price) of the food and coffee at this 2013-established café (which, as it happens, is not owned by anyone with the name William). There's plenty to choose from on the menu, including all your regular café staples (its poached eggs made our list of Sydney's best) but its flat-bread sandwiches that keep the masses coming back, topped with every kind of overflowing combination you can imagine. Team with a smoothie and Single Origin coffee and enjoy.
