The Verdict

Soul Burger is the latest Sydney restaurant to ditch all meat and animal products, offering an entirely plant-based menu that could see you mistaking your vegan burger for the regular meaty variety we are all used to.

Their mission is to change the conception of a burger and revolutionise the food system through plant-based meat alternatives that will leave even the most carnivorous human satisfied. The epic Sumo Burger boasts plant-based beef and spicy sausage, field mushroom, cheese, roasted peppers, lettuce, tomato, herbed mayo and tomato relish.
