Sydney, meet the literal cherry on top of Barangaroo House. Smoke is the rooftop bar with all the harbour and city skyline views you could need in a lifetime. And you’ll be happy to know that this bad boy is all about smoky beverages and hella smoky feeds to match (yeah, you should be scheduling after-works drinks here immediately).

Here, the cocktails are adventurous with liquids, ice and ingredients like rosemary and cinnamon all getting the smoke treatment. Plus, garnishes are sourced from the hanging gardens surrounding the building but if you’re a fan of the good ol’ faithful, the team here will still whip up a classic for you. And just so you know, there’s a 400-strong wine list for you to work your way through too. Just saying.

For food, you’ll find caviar, tinned white anchovies, fried smoked brisket doughnuts, spiced, crisp chicken skin skewers, and a sea urchin and orange jam toastie. So we think loose clothing is the best way to approach this tasty situation.
