Housed within the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Matt Moran's CHISWICK At The Gallery offers a fresh, seasonal menu with a focus on local produce.

Overlooking the spectacular Woolloomooloo Pier, the restaurant is exactly the sort of city location you've been looking for when it comes to a relaxed and casual, yet equally luxe dining experience, making it no surprise that CHISWICK at the Gallery always finds itself on our list of Sydney's best long lunch spots.

CHISWICK is the epitome of communal dining. At the heart of their seasonal menu is a commitment to transforming locally sourced and grown produce into dishes that are perfect for sharing. With much of CHISWICK's produce grown in their very own kitchen garden and lamb sourced from the Moran family farm, you'll want to bring all of your friends along to divide and conquer their seasonal menus.

This Autumn, treat yourself to a selection of delicious dishes including a snow crab slider that’s got just enough crunch with crisp lettuce and gherkins but also perfectly seasoned with kewpie mayonnaise (like there’s any other sort), dig in to the grilled prawns paired with farm grown heirloom tomatoes and pine nuts and, for something to get the whole table excited, why not enjoy the roasted Petuna salmon tail complete with silverbeet and mustard dressing, like we said, bring your friends.

As with all divine long lunch locations there is a dessert menu you just have to leave room for, from the simple yet oh-so decadent figs with milk and honey to the truly tempting CHISWICK chocolate bounty you will find yourself needing many spoons.
