The Verdict

Just when you thought you’d tried all the breweries on the Sunshine Coast, another one pops up in a place you’d least expect—and trust us, it’s ahhhhmazing! *swoon*

Despite the exposed brick walls and rustic timber beams, don’t think this Cooroy brewery is just some blokey man-cave for craft beer fanboys. Oh no, my friends. From the epic wooden chandelier and distressed wire lightshades, to the made-in-Noosa Green Cathedral oak furniture, the mid-century modern style of Copperhead Restaurant and Brewery is welcoming and elegant.  

Choose between loads of quaffable ales, perfect for a chilled arvo session, as well as a few more experimental options for hardcore beer enthusiasts to get all snobby over. The menu is giving us some serious love, too; it’s focused on great produce and shared feasts with mates. And if you’re up for a real experience, make sure you book ahead for the Brewer’s Table—where you and your foodie friends put yourself in the hands of the chef and you’ll be served a tasting menu of the best local produce, matched with house-brewed craft beers. 

Yep, this ain’t your average brewery.
