There’s plenty to explore—multiple hiking and mountain biking trails criss cross the property, with lookouts, a rope swing, a Tardis-inspired phone booth and a few Scottish highland cows to find and pop on the ‘gram. Back at the lodge, there’s a tennis court, pool table, pool (complete with a spa bath) and a day spa where you can book in for massages, facials, body wraps and more (we recommend the Peak Signature experience). For dinner, it’s back to The Peak, where a five-course dinner of elevated Modern Australian cuisine using the best local produce available awaits, all matched with Australian wines of course. In keeping with their ethos of 'the best of Australia on a plate', the thoughtful menu changes often, depending on what's in season from passionate local produce and the restaurant's own kitchen garden, which you can take a wander through during your stay.
