The shining new jewel in Kailis Hospitality Group's crown offers up fine dining service, tableside theatrics and classic brasserie eats in a super luxe setting. Think martinis from the bar cart as you watch the sunset over the water. Nothing better!

Not only did The Shorehouse take the crown for WA’s very best wine list at 2023 Australia Wine List of the Year awards, but the breezy beachside restaurant has some of the very best views in Perth. Looking out over Swanbourne Beach, you’ll be welcomed in to dine both sandy from the sea for a post-swim breaky burger and all dolled up for a long boozy lunch. Take your pick from the 150-strong award-winning wine list and tuck into some seafood to the sounds of waves crashing mere metres away. 

Indigo Oscar

Smack bang in the middle of Perth’s most iconic beach, Indigo Oscar is the Latin American-inspired bar and restaurant in Cottesloe. The seafood-leaning menu features yellowfin tuna tostadas, crispy cod tacos and swordfish ceviche, with a whole lot dishes from the land that are just as delicious, such as wood fired lamb shoulder, Mount Barker chicken with aji verde, and plate-cleansing mezcal watermelon salad. Best washed down with a spicy margarita and enjoyed when the sun is setting, this is one special seaside haunt.

Sitting pretty above COMO The Treasury, Wildflower is Perth’s rooftop fine diner where the views are just as stunning as the dishes. With sweeping views of Perth City and the Swan River, the menu follows the six indigenous Noongar seasons, expertly plated and beautifully presented. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to take in the views while the debonair waitstaff seamlessly eb and flow through the dining room. For the full Wildflower experience, come hungry and go for the eight-course tasting menu with the in-house sommelier’s matched wines.

Bib and Tucker is North Freo’s beachside all-day diner and one of Perth’s most beloved seaside spots.  Dishing up Modern Australian cuisine, top-notch drinks and uninterrupted vistas of the Indian Ocean, this is casual, coastal eating and drinking at its finest. And while Jetty Bar & Eats might feel more like a bar than a restaurant at times (their happy hour is unmatched), the Mediterranean inspired share style menu well and truly holds up if you're chasing a full feed. Starting on the first level, the Boardwalk is a stellar place to pop in for a casual coffee or relaxed lunch while people-watching on Elizabeth Quay. Up a floor in the Low Kee dining room, they (literally) take thing up a notch with an elevated, organic European food offering and elevated views to match.  Finally, three-levels up is Henry’s Bar, the sky high cocktail rooftop bar with unparalleled vistas of the city.

So much more than somewhere to stop in for a quick coffee and newspaper after a swim, Odyssea offers sweeping ocean views and streaming sunlight throughout, not to mention some excellent menu options. Classy, yet definitively laidback, you’ll head in wearing thongs for a smoothie and a salad, and wind up slurping oysters and cracking the champagne three hours later.

Sitting pretty on the banks of the Swan River, this spot is a dreamy place to meet up with mates and enjoy the sweeping views of the city just over Canning Bridge.  is the latest love child of the hospo legends behind General Public, so you know that they’ve got a delicious menu covered (think sticky lamb ribs, king prawns and pizzas all great for sharing) and some boozy creations ideal for celebrating with your nearest and dearest.
