The Verdict
Gorgeous beachside eatery, The Shorehouse in Swanbourne is one of our fave casual dining restaurants, not least because of its stunning beach views. Head chef Oliver Gould has ensured there's a Mediterranean influence on the modern Australian food he's serving up and it is glorious!
But it's not all about dinner here. The breakfast menu is full of both naughty and nice noms—from bacon and egg rolls to chia bowls—and their bloody Mary menu is a thing of beauty. We like the Howling Mary which is loaded with something called death sauce and habanero vinegar!

Gibney
White tablecloths, marble, jacketed wait staff and caviar bumps—Gibney is hands down the fanciest of all the venues under George Kailis' name. And honestly, it might just take the cake for 'most opulent dining destination' in all of Perth.
Tom’s Providore & Wine Bar
If you’re a Leederville local, you will probably recall the devastation felt the day we discovered the beloved Tom’s Cafe right in the heart of Oxford Street was closing down towards the start of the pandemic. But thankfully since closing the OG, the legends have come back with a new and improved Tom’s in Highgate.
