The Verdict

Here at OB真人视讯, brunching is one of our favourite past-times. That said, sniffing out new spots in which to indulge this delicious hobby is forever on our minds, which is where comes in. We've only just discovered this cute lil' cafe, nestled in an unlikely spot amongst Epsom's car dealerships, but we're already firm fans.

The name may be sweet (and so is the space, which is compact yet charming) but don't be fooled—the food here is fierce. With chef Jie You at the helm, you know you're in good hands and he's staying true to form by giving some of our most beloved brunch dishes a serious kick up the jacksy.

Think eggs benny with your choice of bacon, house-smoked salmon or avocado, served on a bed of truffle-layered potato—chorizo and black bean with scrambled eggs, cumin yoghurt and grana pandano on sourdough—and our personal fave, the avo smash with pickled courgette, red onion, feta and chilli crisps, served on The Midnight Baker's cult Freedom Loaf (a surefire way to kickstart your day, if not your tastebuds).

A little birdie also told us that the brioche cheeseburger is also really rather moreish, so we'll be making a return trip for that.

Of course, brunch isn't brunch without a decent hit of caffeine, and here that comes in the form of velvety smooth, piping hot Flight Coffee. And should you need to flee the nest aka grab-and-go, know that their cabinet is stocked to the brim with yummy delights (hellooo saussy rolls and cinny brioche).

So next time you're in this neck of the woods, do yourself a favour and check out this cute lil' spot that's killing it at brunch game (trust us, your tastebuds will thank you).

Kinfolk

Funny that the first thing I noticed about Kinfolk had little to do with the actual food—rather, it was the artwork on the back wall depicting three women on lilos, eating pasta. I like this place already, had been my immediate thought.
