Transformer Fitzroy is a vegetarian restaurant and bar in, you guessed it, Fitzroy, that specialises in seasonal dining within an eco-friendly space. The building itself used to be an industrial factory that made electrical transformers, and the newly fitted interior combines plantlife and dining spaces. With vegetarian food inspired by a variety of cuisines, Transformer Fitzroy is from the team behind Vegie Bar, Panama Dining Room, and Rice Queen. The kitchen is open from 8am until 10pm too—great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between!
