Sir Charles is the latest cafe to grace Johnston Street in Fitzroy. And grace it has in abundance. The space is light and spacious, with a stunning modern decor of stone, bleached wood, aqua stripes, and copper accents. Whether you’re after breakfast or dinner, Sir Charles is open for all, with a modern Asian influenced menu. It’s a hard choice between the Warm Wagyu Beef Salad with kimchi, sweet tamarind and puffed grains, or the Pan Fried Duck Breast with pickled watermelon and lychee salad.
