Just shy of their 20th birthday, Matteo's sits quietly in an unassuming townhouse on Brunswick Street in North Fitzroy, a hidden gem for those who dare to find it. An a la carte menu, with set tasting menus and a lazy Sunday special lunch offer, Matteo's is a two hatted restaurant and received a 16.5 from 20 in The Age Good Food Guide Awards. High end but modest.
