The verdict
The second outpost of Johnny Di Franceso's famed pizzeria, 400 Gradi, brings a slice of world-famous pizza to Crown. Housed in the space previously occupied by Guissepe, Arnaldo & Sons, Gradi maintains the same focus as Di Francesco's Brunwick East pizzeria, offering a menu of simple, traditional Neapolitan fare, with a few tweaks to match the riverside location. And yes, you can get that margherita there, too. Some of the best pizza in Melbourne, without a doubt. Grazie, Gradi!
