Memorable moments
We Chat With Chloe Watts, Owner Of Tarte
MOST MEMORABLE GOLD COAST RESTAURANT?
Has to be old faithful, Etsu. It's been around for a while now, but it's always consistent, never heavy and always hits the spot. Even at 4:30pm when we take our 2 year old!
FAVOURITE SPOT FOR A DRINK?
I've always loved a drink waterside, ergo Tarte Beach House was born, so I don't think you can beat Rick Shores for a well made cocktail on a sunny afternoon.
WHAT ABOUT A HIDDEN GEM?
Not so hidden anymore, but Franc Jr's always delivers on quality and execution.
