The verdict

Serving up delicious, authentic Japanese food, Taro's Ramen & Cafe has become something of a cult favourite in Brisbane (you haven't lived until you've slurped up a bowl of their infamous ramen!).

The gyoza, chicken karaage, and range of japanese salads are all worth the visit, but the real star of the show is (obvs) the ramen. The broths are made from varying ingredients, including a Bangalow sweet pork bone, chicken, or miso base, pack a full-bodied punch of flavour.

Taro's also offer up an ever changing specials menu so there's no chance of ramen fatigue (like that is a thing?) and, with their soon-to-be cult fave, 'truffle ramen' on the menu, you'll be hitting them up on the daily for their genius ramen creations.

Worth the hype!
