Say hola to Howard Smith Wharves latest pop-up, an LA-inspired Mexican cantina that's taken over Citrus House, one of the precinct's stunning event spaces (which has been sadly underused for the past year for obvious reasons). With Stanley's Head Chef Louis Tikram at the helm, the vibrant eatery is the place for uncomplicated Mexican-style street eats—not to mention plenty of margaritas. 

The menu is short but sweet—you can nibble on guac and corn chips, grilled corn with queso fresco, chilli, cilantro and lime, and kingfish aquachile with jalapeño, cucumber and red onion. If you're after something heartier, there's slow cooked lamb barbacoa with Spanish rice and salsa, while dessert is an uber simple watermelon with a spicy seasoning and fresh lime. Pair it all with buckets of Coronas, watermelon margs or just shots of tequila from the well-stocked bar.
