Taking over the prime corner location that once held Hatch & Co, this new garden-inspired restaurant and bar is surrounded by leafy garden beds and overlooking the green space in the centre of the iconic Gasworks ring. On the menu in this lush private oasis you’ll find a menu spanning weekend breakfasts, lunch and dinner, so you're sorted any time of day.

The morning menu features all the classics—smashed avo on toast (of course), eggs your way and a big breakfast—but there’s also some more creative dishes to choose from, including eggs benny served on a bed of potato gems. Once it ticks over to that lunch and dinner menu, you can start things off with snacks like poutine fries loaded with bolognese, gravy and mozzarella, gooey saganaki (Greek grilled cheese drizzled with honey) and truffle arancini—or just go straight for the main course. Heavily Euro inspired, the list of eats includes the likes of slow-cooked lamb and creamy polenta, chicken cordon bleu and an eye fillet wrapped in sourdough with potatoes and mushroom jus. 

As for what you’ll be sipping, a lengthy list of wines should provide plenty of options, with beers on tap and by the bottle. Jugs of mojito, sangria and Pimms will make it all too easy to settle in for the afternoon, or if you’re just hitting the bar for one or two, try a pink-hued Watermelon Crush or Lychee Goddess.
