Vic’s Meat is a name that needs no introduction across the Sydney food landscape as one of the best-known wholesalers in town and provider of meats to big names like Quay, Bennelong, Woodcut, Sixpenny, Aria, and more.
You’ll find a huge range online, with everything from stone ax full-blood Wagyu to Beluga caviar. But if you can, we highly recommend dropping past the in-person outpost open every day at the Pyrmont Fish Market. There, you can pick up any meat you desire from some of our city’s best butchers, plus you can order a burger or a plate of 10-hour smoked wagyu brisket straight from the smokehouse.
