After years of anticipation, world-renowned Melbourne export Lune Croissanterie will open in Sydney on Saturday 7 December, 2024—with a second Sydney location in Martin Place to open soon after.

Sydney’s first Lune Croissanterie is located at Rosebery Engine Yards, a historic development that fits with Lune's much-loved industrial aesthetic.

If you're not clued in, Lune’s croissants have earned international stardom—even the title of "world's best croissant" from The New York Times.

Wielding her engineering background, Lune’s founder Kate Reid has mastered the construction of the croissant, creating a heavenly formula for a shattering exterior and deeply layered, butter-to-crunch ratio.

Alongside a classic French croissant, which takes three days to prepare and is baked throughout the day to ensure you’re getting a textbook treat, the Lune team whips up monthly specials like a pecan pie twice-baked croissant, seasonal savoury creations, and festive takes like hot cross "cruffins" at Easter time.

Lune’s second Sydney store will open in early 2025 on Castlereagh Street in the Sydney CBD, tucked behind the Metro station.

Be prepared to queue for the goods—Lune is known for bringing in crowds of croissant-craving fans.
