Just a few clicks south of Ulladulla, this lakeside bakery has been quietly gathering fans since opening in December 2020.
Slow-fermented, hand-crafted bread is the star of the show at Lagom Bakery, with the fruit loaf and olive and herb-topped savoury sourdough both winning top gongs at the 2023 Wollongong Baking Show.
A selection of viennoiserie shows off the team's skills with pastry—from their classic flaky croissant to the twice-baked choc-hazelnut croissant, and the cardamom bun.
There are also toasties and pizza slabs on the menu, alongside coffee by local Guerilla Roasters.
