The Verdict

We’re a fan of the feel-good vibes and even better feel-good eats at this joint. Located in the heart of Lindfield, Goodfields Eatery is already a local staple. Behind this leafy nook, you’ll find the father and son duo George and Anthony Karnasiotis (ex The Butcher's Block) who pretty much pulled together this gem of a place together so you can find a little escape from the bustle of Sydney.

On the caffeine-front you’ll find Five Senses Coffee to load yourself up on the energy train but if you’ve got time to settle in, it’ll be well worth your time (the interior is a little slice of modern Alice In Wonderland heaven...we wish we could make that up).

Your go-to for breakfast has to be the butter roasted lobster tail on a seeded bagel, topped with poached eggs and housemade crustacean hollandaise. If you’re around for lunch, chow down on the lamb ragu and lamb pita with slow roast lamb shoulder which just so happens to be the foodie equivalent to an actual hug.
