The Verdict

Prepare to throw any semblance of healthy eating out the window, team. There’s a new ice cream truck in town and (wait for it) they’re serving pimped scoops of deep fried ice cream. We still have no freaking idea how deep fried ice cream really works, but what we do know is a creamy scoop of goodness wrapped in a crispy shell is a damn good idea. Always. 

There are a few flavours that you’ll need to wrap your laughing gear around and trust us when we say they’re all as good as one another. The cookies and cream flavour was always going to be a winner—with their house-made cookies and cream ice-cream topped with milk chocolate ganache and an Oreo crumble sprinkled on top. But if you really want to go wild, order one of their specials. 

We’re talking about sea salt caramel popcorn balls with butterscotch sauce or the pandan and coconut ice-cream scoop topped with a salted coconut glaze and toasted coconut. And while we’re here, we just have to give them serious props for making each and every single ball PERFECTLY round. Honestly, we’re bloody impressed.
