is a new Thai grill and bar at Ann Siang Hill that’s shaking things up. Shining a spotlight on regional Thai cooking with a winning combination of an ingredient-led, produce-driven approach and a vibrant, street-style dining atmosphere.
Drawing inspiration from eclectic late-night watering holes, Jungle showcases a laid-back yet intentional dining experience, complemented by a buzzing open-fire kitchen and a curated selection of drinks.
Jungle's grill section takes centrestage, with highlights such as the Southern Style Charcoal Grilled Chicken, this version of the much loved Gai Golae is a succulent masterpiece bursting with flavour. The skewers are slow-cooked over hot embers and lavishly topped off with a hand-pounded red-curry glaze that is made from scratch. The Sugarcane Smoked Por Jowl is a tender must-try dish with flavours of sweet, smoke, and umami. No meal is complete without a sweet finale, and Jungle delivers desserts like the Grilled Banana Cake with Gula Melaka caramel and coconut ice cream.

Tha Chang Noodle Bar

Founded by two friends who were on a mission to bring boat noodles (a classic Thai street food dish with a rich, savoury broth made from pork or cow blood and lots of spices) to Singapore, is known for its mouthwatering broth that balances sweet, salty, sour, and spicy notes for that authentic Thai taste.
Aside from boat noodles, you’ll also find a wide range of other Thai dishes at Tha Chang Noodle Bar with highlights including the omelette crab bomb and fermented grilled pork skewers. They also have a selection of other dishes that aren’t commonly found in other Thai restaurants in Singapore.

Showcasing a new menu that delves deeper into the herbs and spices of the Land of Smiles, you can expect bold and flavourful curries like the Gaeng Kee Lek Nuea Yang that renders the game of grilled Wagyu beef into a savoury pot of spiced goodness, and seafood dishes like Pad Cha Talay that stir-fries a medley of seafood with a spicy Thai herbs sauce.
We recommend ending things on a sweet note with the classic Tab Tim Grob (Thai-style crunchy water chestnuts served in chilled coconut milk).
Thanying Restaurant

Located inside the Amara Singapore hotel, serves up authentic Royal Thai cuisine—which is considered the apex of Thai cuisine with specific rules and high standards that sets it apart from standard Thai cuisine—to the general public. You’ll also find everything comes in bite-size portions and all seeds and bones have been carefully removed—because no member of royalty can be seen devouring a chicken leg with their hands.
Highlights include the Tom Yum Goong (Thai spicy prawn soup cooked with mushroom, kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass and a hint of chilli), Phad Thai Goong Sod (stir-fried Thai rice noodle cooked with prawn, chicken and egg in a traditional style), Peek Gai Sod Sai (boneless chicken wings stuffed with minced chicken and Thai herbs), and the Nam Prik Loong Rue (shrimp paste with hot chilli, garlic, crispy catfish and salted egg yolk served with assorted fresh vegetables and deep-fried vegetables).
