Amid Margaret River's many incredible wineries, a chic wine bar that brings together the best of the region feels like the missing link. Enter , a brand new wine bar and bottleshop set to open down south in coming weeks and offering vino on tap and charcuterie share plates.
The venue combines an elevated but relaxed aesthetic - think plush lounge chairs, a tonal colour palette, and DJs setting the mood with curated vinyls - with some serious wine credentials. They'll have an extensive selection of local and international vino available on tap and by the glass or bottle, and with the team from new wave winery Skigh Wines behind the venue, we're expecting a great line up.
The winery is known for its minimal intervention approach to wine making and expressive, lo-fi wines, and it plans to emmulate a relaxed ethos at Strange Brew, aiming to broaden the horizons of what a great wine experience looks like.
Strange Brew is expected to open in mid-April, just in time for a down south trip over the Easter long weekend.
