The festival that nobody asked for but everyone wants returns to Perth again this November, and frankly, it might be just what we need right now.

After two sell-out years, the  has just announced it will be hitting Perth Mess Hall on Saturday 27 November.

On the day, four of Perth’s best food trucks including Macs American Diner and Wingman will be dishing up all things chicken nuggets, with inspired dishes like BBQ nugget poutine, Philly cheese nugz rolls, nugget burritos, nugz in a cone and more. Vegos won’t miss out on the fun with some faux-nuggets up for grabs too.

As for the booze, a pop-up goon bar will be pouring all your guilty cask wine pleasures along with 'goontails'. And if you’re too sophisticated for boxed booze, there will be plenty of craft beers going around, as well as non-alcoholic options for designated drivers (get an Uber).

You'll also want to sign up for the chicken nugget eating competition hosted by comedian Colin Ebsworth, make the ping pong tables your bitch and dance off all those nugs with grooves courtesy of Feel Estate Horns, Sam Timmerman and Triplett.

Tickets are on sale now and you'll want to snap them up quick or risk missing out.
