Pink Gin Spritz At Ciao Dandy

With an impressive list of more than seven spritzes on offer, this dedicated is always an easy choice for a fizzy sip on a summery day. Our pick is the Pink Gin Spritz, a heady concoction of housemade Fine & Dandy Berry Gin (all distilled onsite by head distiller Elise Godwin), prosecco, pampelle and grapefruit soda. Alongside spritz, the kitchen serves up Italo-inspired eats perfect for losing a few hours over on a leisurely Saturday afternoon.

With a gorgeous cocktail menu, a list of Euro-inspired plates, and incredible river views, is officially a triple threat. On the menu is the West Passion Spritz, a fruity and super refreshing tipple with local passionfruit, aperol, elderflower and prosecco.

, one of numerous must-try spots within The Leederville Precinct, is the kind of easy venue that invites long lunches and laid back drinks, all paired with a Mediterranean leaning menu that invites sharing. Drink wise, it’s all about spritz and sour here, and while the Bloody Shiraz Gin Spritz, made with Four Pillars Gin, is worthy of a shoutout, our top pick has to be the Yuzu and Peach Spritz. Think of it as an Asian take on the limoncello spritz, with yuzushu, Flux vodka, peach, mint and yuzu soda. We highly recommend pairing with a serve of the wood fired bread and some housemade dips.

With one of the best teams in the biz behind the bar, it’s no surprise that churns out a banging spritz. The mando spritz is a zesty combination of mandarin liqueur, vanilla, fresh mandarin, cointreau and prosecco, for a mellow citrussy sip. Pair it with literally anything on the menu and you cannot go wrong.

With a bunch of awards under its belt, including Cocktail Bar of the Year, cocktails are a sure fire win any day of the week. But when the need for a spritz calls, its got to be the Tropini, a delicious, tropical medley of Giffard passionfruit liqueur, Dal Zotto prosecco, guava puree and peach bitters that’ll make you feel like you’re reclining poolside on a sunny island. A great pick for those that don’t like their spritz too bitter, as the guava adds a great hint of sweetness.

Speaking of tropical getaways, if you’ve got yourself to Perth’s own island paradise you have no excuse not to be sipping on spitzes under the sun. Head to for a namesake Rottnest Spritz, a bubbly mix of Chandon sparkling, orange bitters, rosemary and grapefruit. And if that isn’t your vibe, there’s four other spritzes on offer, including a Matzo’s Tropical made with Matzo’s ginger beer, mango and passionfruit. It's always a good time to visit . The inviting Karrinyup venue is a perfect stop for lunches with friends, of course accompanied by a glass or two of spritz. The classic aperol here is decent, but our pick is the Chandon Garden Spritz, which combines fresh orange with rosemary for a fun take on the drink, and a perfect afternoon sip in the sun.

Amaro Spritz at Numa Italian

It only makes sense that Perth's premier spot for aperitivo and Italo share plates has a banging spritz on the menu. This one, made with amaro, blood orange cordial, grapefruit and tonic, is a slightly richer, slightly more bitter twist on your classic spritz, but the deep amaro flavours and bright blood orange are a perfect, grown up take on the cocktail. Plus,  also offers a classic spritz, made with your choice of aperol or campair. Cin cin!

One for the girls, Rhubi-based take on a spritz is the perfect fun and flirty pink drink. Make with the rhubarb liqueur, as well as vanilla, prosecco and soda, this one is a little sweet, a little sour, and a lot delicious. Take our word for it, one will not be enough.
