Following a successful pop-up, La Fuente returns to Snickel Lane bringing the best wines and mescal. Both a wine bar and shop, a step inside the warm and inviting fit-out will have you surrounded by stacks on stacks of exceptional vintage wines and artisanal mezcal. 

“We will deliver an experience personalised to guest’s tastes,” says owner Edmundo Farerra. “It’s a space where wine and spirit aficionados are able to appreciate a speciality drop and pick some up to enjoy at home.”

The tasting menu, designed by chef Johannes Carroux, boasts an offering inspired by Mexican fare designed to ‘inject flavour’ into your tasting experience. Our top picks include the mezcal cured salmon tostadas, house cured ceviche and charcuterie board which is served with an unmissable house-made jelly. Pro tip: ask about the ‘secret menu’ to discover what seasonal creation Johannes has dreamed up just for the day.
