The Verdict
is like your local steakhouse, on steroids (and was, in fact, named one the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants for 2023). This Tauranga gem brings together incredible food and wine in a super chic setting, with a bespoke glass meat locker and dedicated wine room all adding to the experience.
Naturally, steak is the star of the show here with an extensive selection of only the best quality cuts from suppliers around the country, which will be given the treatment inside Fife's unique Mibrasa oven (a closed charcoal grill sourced from Spain).
Their Beef Wellington is another notable (and jaw-dropping) addition to the menu and will be next on our hitlist along with the prawn cocktail, cauliflower ravioli, blue cheese portobello mushrooms, ika mata, and tiramisu cheesecake. Woof.
