The mixologists will walk you through cocktail-making techniques before you get to put your new-found skills into action. Create your very own cosmo, Moscow mule or mojito. Chocolate lovers won’t be able to resist the creamy Toblerone—it’s like an adult milkshake.

If you prefer to leave things to the experts, Bellini offers high tea—also perfect for hens’ parties, baby showers or just as an excuse to indulge. You’ll be served sweet and savoury delights alongside your choice of hot bevvies, cocktail teasers, bubbly or whisky.
