Bar Yoku makes Japanese bar snacks its own, combining oriental ingredients with European flavours to create a beautiful blend of east and west. Don't miss out on the sushi tacos - rice is used instead of tortillas to house a filling of your choice, such as soft shell crab, tempura prawn or wagyu beef. For a more authentic Japanese bar dish, try the yakitori. Marinated and barbequed chicken pieces, you can choose a thigh or breast piece, or a knee joint or heart if you're feeling adventurous.

Bar Yoku also offers a delightful selection of craft beers, wine and of course, sake. If you're a fan of fruity tipple, then we recommend sampling the umeshu. A liqueur made from plums, the harmony between the sweet and sour notes makes for a drink that is easy to down in one sitting. Starring sour cherry vodka, candied black olive liqueur and organic cola, the careful balance between the flavours makes for a drink that is out of this world.
