You’ll also find fabulous dairy staples dotted in the menu, in the likes of goat cheese croquettes, the best burrata, and, of course, a legendary cheeseboard featuring their favourite slices of the stuff. As for desserts, you’ll most certainly want to leave room when you get a glimpse of their buttery madeleines, or seasonal soufflé.
