Having garnered a loyal online following over the past eight years, Pippa Blatch’s first bakery is well overdue. “I started my business when I was 17, quit my full-time job and gave it my all,” said Blatch. “Absolutely everything I bake is vegan and always will be; I’ve been vegan for over 12 years and my only regret was not doing it sooner.” 

You can expect all your favourite vegan treats including cupcakes, cookies, pastries, doughnuts and a savoury selection, as well as her viral crookies—a vegan croissant and choc chip cookie hybrid that is now also available in biscoff, tiramisu, and rocky road. With rotating flavours and weekly menus, this one-woman show truly is the cutest spot in town.
