There's no doubt we love an aesthetic bakery, and Mis.Spelt ticks all the boxes for 'grammability and then some. A new purveyor of baked goods from the team behind right next door, this pastel pastry palace has made its home in a hole-in-the-wall spot on the corner of Latrobe Terrace and Collingwood Street.

Inside, a pink-tiled counter holds an array of croissants, danishes and other flaky treats baked by Albion's , while wooden racks behind display loaves of sourdough, rye and other specialty breads. If you've got a hankering for a latter with your chosen pastry, just duck into Blackout next door. We suggest getting in early though, because the Mis.Spelt racks are cleared well before the afternoon.
