Brisbane toastie legends, Melt Brothers have officially brought back the toasted sanga. Serving up freshly made toasties like nobody's business in Post Office Square in the CBD, Melt Brothers have an almost cult-like following—and for good reason.

For one, their toasties are super cheesey. Like off-the-charts, stuffed-within-an-inch-of-its-life-with-cheese kind of cheesy. Melt Brothers also serve up a small but mighty menu of tremendous toasties including 'The Mouse Trap' (triple cheese), 'Holy Cheezus' (smoked ham, tomato chutney and cheddar), 'The BFC' (fired chicken, slaw buffalo sauce and cheddar) and our personal fave 'Morning Glory' (maple bacon, fried eggs, sriracha mayo and cheese). Lactose intolerants, look away now...

On top of that they also serve up loaded tater tots drowned with melted cheese sauce, bacon bits and spring onion. Ask them real nice and they'll even pop a few tots in your toastie. DROOL.
