The Verdict
Previously known as Kin + Co, Kin has a fresh new logo but the same dedicated team behind it, minus a few members of the family who opened it back in 2015. Well-known as a Teneriffe meeting spot, Kin’s coffee window is the MVP of the whole operation, where you’ll find a crowd of river strollers, dog runners and caffeine hunters awaiting coffees and snacks of a weekend, when the cafe serves up takeaway only.
Monday to Friday, however, you can grab a table inside or out for a proper breakfast feed—and we mean proper. The menu changes seasonally, but you can expect tasty options like towering breakfast burgers stacked with seed-crumbed haloumi, Spanish omelettes with lemon roasted kipflers, whipped feta and chimichurri, avo on toast and bowls of house baked granola.
