Cult-fave ramen spot is officially coming to the southside, opening a second shop in West End. Set to dish up their signature ‘lighter-style’ ramen as well as an extended izakaya menu, the new location offers more space to turn things up a notch.
Following a decade of slinging some of Brisbane’s best ramen in Paddington, Hai Hai’s West End spot will extend the ramen community they’ve fostered over the years, with communal tables, ramen-bar seating at the counter, and Japandi influence throughout the decor.
The new restaurant will turn the spotlight on izakaya dishes alongside an upgraded ramen offering, as well as a bigger drinks menu and spicy takes on classic bowls. Seating around 100 guests, the southside spot will certainly be a big step up from its sibling store.
