Here to shake up Brisbane’s sandwich scene, this suburban spot was inspired by the abundance of express lunch spots in Melbourne and is set to impress any lover of a good sandwich.
Hunt them down and you may find it difficult to choose from the gourmet menu of toasties, sandwiches and New York-style chunky cookies, all made fresh and in-house seven days a week. There’s something to satisfy everyone, whether you prefer traditional tastes such as ham and three cheese or bolder combos like brisket and jalapeno cream cheese—and yes, vegan and gluten-free options are available.
They’ve got your caffeine needs covered too, with beans from Roast by Yili to thank for a delicious brew. Not a coffee drinker? Slurp down a Biscoff shake, taro latte or a blueberry protein smoothie with your comfort meal of choice.
