Bringing crispy fried chicken to the Redcliffe Peninsula is aKAH Chicken, a new hole-in-the-wall spot from the crew behind Brisbane’s Hanwoori and Shabu House. Here you can chow down on delicious chicken burgers, loaded fries and of course, plenty of golden, crispy fried chicken, with house made sauces for dunking and gluten-free options available.
However you prefer to eat your fried chicken, there's plenty of options here, with burgers like the Chicken Parmy, with fried chicken, tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan and bacon, and the Maple Chicken, with bacon, cheese and maple mayo. Fried chicken pieces come in the form of wings and drums, boneless bites, tenderloins and skewers, with your choice of sauce coating.
On the side you can grab fries loaded with gravy, maple bacon or snowy sweet cheese powder, as well as coleslaw, onion rings, cheese corn and mozzarella sticks, not to mention soft serve for dessert. Grab it all to go or sit down at one of the handful of tables available if you like your fried chicken piping hot.
