You probably know by now that Agnes Bakery, the baked goods pop-up that got us all through lockdown, is opening a permanent bakery. Well, prepare yourselves, because we finally have an opening date, with the bakery hitting James Street in New Farm on Thursday 21 October from 7am. Taking over the old site of Arc + Family, with a custom-built wood-fire oven going in, the baked goods are set to be even better, and you can bet those kouign-amanns will be on offer, along with plenty more. Better start lining up now...
