The Verdict
Promising to bring the real flavour of all of New York's 'urban communities' to our American-loving city, 5 Boroughs is a new Brisbane bar with Yankee 'tude in all the right places.
5 Boroughs will be serving up more than just burgers and hot dogs thanks to a cross-cultural street food menu (there's gyoza, steamed buns and fish tacos too), craft beers on tap and a bourbon menu pulled together by whiskey whizz-kid Dan Wooley. This is a new Brisbane bar we can get behind.
