Going by the name of (Ko for Korean and Ma for American), this purveyor of meals on wheels has been operating since 2013, bringing together owners Yumi and Olaf’s heritage—think Korean BBQ burgers, a cheese steak sub and crispy Korean fried chicken. Plus, with rice and salad options too, there’s a delicious dish for everyone to enjoy.
One World Food Truck
Designated cuisines do not exist at . The creation of Spanish chef Jason Sierra, this food truck prodigy mainly serves up Spanish/Mediterranean and South American dishes, but don’t be surprised to see Korean, Indian and other Asian delicacies make an appearance on the menu. Being a chef-run food truck, everything is handmade with love and fresh produce, including 10-hour slow-smoked pork and lamb and hand-cut chips. We are (and you will be too) drooling over their Zeus burger with slow-smoked Greek lamb and crispy cauliflower salad.
Ruby The Little Red Ice Cream Van
