Yes, naturally we're jumping straight off the Charles de Gaulle tarmac towards the nearest flakey croissiant, but in our humble (and hungry opinions) the steak frites are really where its at when it comes to Parisian staples. 

This classic French bistro dish, consisting of simply steak and fries, can be found on the corner of every rue in every arrondissement in Paris, and in our experience the finest doesn't *always* come from the fanciest of restaurants but is often hiding in plain sight in the most darling and charming of teeny tiny family-run bistros.
